Panels checked Oct 9–Nov 8, 2026, prices Oct 9–Nov 8, 2026, upper limits against NIH's fact sheets (see upper limits). Tier 1 share is the part of each stack's dosed ingredients with strong evidence for a stated purpose. "None found" under upper limits covers the vitamins we checked, niacin and vitamin D.

These are facts each stack meets, not recommendations, and each list is ordered by price.

1. Is every amount on the label?

A "proprietary blend" or "complex" gives one total weight for a group of ingredients, with no amount for each one. You can't tell whether an ingredient is there at 500mg or 5mg, so you can't compare it with anything.

Panels checked Oct 9–Nov 8, 2026

  • 4 of 11 don't state every amount: AG1 Next Gen (42 in undosed blends); IM8 Daily Ultimate Essentials Pro (most of the formula); Tmrw (46 in undosed blends) and Lifeforce Peak Healthspan (1 undosed blend).
  • 7 of 11 state an amount for every ingredient: Blueprint Longevity Mix, NOVOS Core, Blueprint Easy Stack, Renue By Science Total NAD+ Restoration Protocol, DoNotAge® routine, TimeWarp Longevity Protocol and Tally Health Full Stack.
  • Branded compounds are a separate gap. DoNotAge's SIRT6Activator®, Nitralis® and SulforaBoost® have stated amounts, but DoNotAge doesn't disclose what's in them, so its routine is fully dosed but not fully disclosed.

A long ingredient list mostly in blends can look like more for the money. On our supplements page we count and tier only the ingredients with stated amounts, and list the rest separately.

2. Doses against typical ranges

An ingredient can be on the label at a fraction of the amount usually taken. We set each stack's daily amount against the sample dosage on our supplement evidence page, for the 17 ingredients that have one and appear with a stated amount in at least one stack. The sample range is a typical amount, not a target: being inside it doesn't make an ingredient work, and being below it doesn't make it useless.

  • Creatine. Blueprint Longevity Mix and Blueprint Easy Stack each have 2.5g a day, below the 3–5g sample range on our creatine card. That doesn't mean 2.5g does nothing; it means the stack gives less than the range we list. If creatine is the main reason you're looking, compare a single creatine product on our individual supplements page.
  • Why magnesium isn't in the table. Panels write it two ways. "Magnesium 150mg" is the mineral itself. "Magnesium bisglycinate 250mg" is usually the weight of the whole compound, and only part of that is magnesium (TimeWarp's page shows 200mg of the compound, its panel 40mg of magnesium). The two can't be compared, so we leave magnesium out rather than guess.
  • Daily or monthly. Some stacks give an ingredient only in a monthly "pulse" rather than every day (TimeWarp's fisetin), which changes what a daily figure means.

3. The evidence mix

We sort every dosed ingredient into three tiers by a written rule: Tier 1, strong evidence; Tier 2, moderate evidence; Tier 3, early evidence. The mix shows how much of a stack rests on each. Ordered by price, not ranked.

  • Tally Health Full Stack8 · 5 · 8 of 21 dosed38%24%38%

Tier 1 strong evidenceTier 2 moderate evidenceTier 3 early evidence

A stack mostly in Tier 1 is closer to a multivitamin. One mostly in Tier 3 (Renue By Science Total NAD+ Restoration Protocol, Lifeforce Peak Healthspan, DoNotAge® routine and TimeWarp Longevity Protocol) is mostly made of ingredients whose evidence comes from animal studies or small, short human trials. Neither is better in itself: it depends on what you're buying it for. IM8 Daily Ultimate Essentials Pro isn't tiered, because most of its formula is in blends.

4. Has the product been tested?

Two different questions: has a batch been tested for what's in it, and has the finished product been tested for what it does?

Batch testing. Three levels, from strongest to weakest: a certifier lists the product on its own register; the brand posts a batch lab report; the brand says it's tested without showing a report or naming the lab.

StackTesting, as the brand statesPublished test results

Certifier registers: we found AG1 Next Gen, IM8 Daily Ultimate Essentials Pro, Tmrw and DoNotAge® routine listed (Informed Sport checked Oct 31, 2026; NSF Nov 8, 2026). Lifeforce Peak Healthspan's product page doesn't mention testing. Each check is dated on the stack's card on the supplements page. A batch report shows what's in one batch, not whether the product works.

The finished product. Almost every stack's case rests on studies of single ingredients, not the combination. Of the 11 US stacks we checked, only NOVOS Core has a published randomized trial of the finished product that we've found: 6 months, 61 adults, published in European Heart Journal Open in November 2026, with better blood-vessel measures and lower systolic blood pressure, and with a NOVOS employee among the authors and NOVOS research funding disclosed by the lead investigator. Those are markers, not lifespan or disease outcomes. DoNotAge cites its own placebo-controlled figures, which we haven't found in a publication, and Tmrw's headline figures come from a customer survey, not a trial. Details are on each stack's card on the supplements page.

5. What the lowest price commits you to

The headline price is usually the lowest per 30 days, and it often needs a subscription or a payment months ahead. Two stacks (NOVOS Core and DoNotAge® routine) reach their lowest price only when you pay for a year upfront. Here's the lowest price beside the price with no commitment, per 30 days.

Tally Health Full Stack$385.90A monthly subscription$454 (the six products bought one-off)

From each brand's own US store, checked Oct 9–Nov 8, 2026. Tally Health's Full Stack page shows only a subscription, so its no-commitment figure is its six products bought one-off. A struck-through "compare" price on a stack's page is often a buy-separately figure, not a former price.

Before you subscribe, check: how to cancel and whether there's a minimum term; whether a one-off order can be returned (TimeWarp's one-off boxes are final sale); and whether a prepaid plan is refundable if you stop. We haven't checked every brand's cancellation terms, so read them at checkout.

6. A stack or single supplements?

A stack saves you choosing and buying ingredients one by one. Whether it saves money depends on how many of its ingredients you'd actually want. To price it yourself:

  • Pick the ingredients you care about, not the whole list. Most stacks have Tier 3 ingredients that few single-ingredient brands sell.
  • Find each at a similar amount and form on our individual supplements page, which shows cost per 30 days at each label serving.
  • Add up the cost per 30 days, and compare with the stack's price at the same commitment.

We did this for one stack. On TimeWarp explained, 9 of its 25 ingredients, bought as singles in different doses and forms, came to $212.08 per 30 days against TimeWarp's $249. That's not a like-for-like copy, so it doesn't settle which is cheaper.

Brands' own "buy separately" figures usually compare the stack with that brand's own products, or with a sum we can't check: DoNotAge's struck-through $683 is its "compared to buying the ingredients separately" figure, and Renue By Science's four kit products cost $256.80 bought separately from Renue.

Upper limits and doubling up

Some stacks contain more of a vitamin than the adult upper limit set for supplements, the most that's unlikely to cause harm for most people, according to NIH's Office of Dietary Supplements:

  • Niacin (vitamin B3), upper limit 35mg a day. Lifeforce Peak Healthspan has 130mg and Tally Health Full Stack 1,000mg of niacinamide. NIH says the limit covers niacinamide as well as nicotinic acid. NIH fact sheet, checked Nov 8, 2026.
  • Vitamin D, upper limit 4,000 IU (100mcg) a day. DoNotAge's routine has 5,000 IU. NIH fact sheet, checked Oct 31, 2026.

Upper limits are for intake from all supplements together, so a stack plus a multivitamin or another single supplement can add up. If you take a stack with other supplements or with medicines, a pharmacist or your doctor can check the combination.

Reviews and ratings

Keep three kinds of source apart:

SourceGood forNot good for
The label and lab reportsWhat's in it, and how muchWhether it does anything
Hands-on reviewsTaste, mixing, how many capsules, side effects people noticed, the subscription in practiceWhether it slows aging: a few weeks of use can't show that
Customer ratingsOrders, delivery, billing and supportHow well one product works: Trustpilot ratings cover the whole company, and ratings hosted on a brand's own site are run by the brand

Ratings for each stack (Trustpilot, and the brand's own where shown) are in the side-by-side table, checked Oct 14, 2026. We don't summarise them or blend them into a score.

Reading a hands-on review. Check that it covers the current formula (stacks get reformulated), that the writer used it for weeks, and how they got it: many reviewers are sent products free, or earn a commission if you buy through their link. A review that repeats the brand's claims without looking at the panel adds little.

What the evidence can't tell you

  • Which stack works best. No study we found has compared these stacks with each other, or with single supplements.
  • Whether a combination works. Our tiers rate each ingredient for a stated purpose. They say nothing about ingredients taken together.
  • Whether any of it helps you. That depends on your diet, your health and what you're already taking, which a general page can't know. See our guide.

Questions

Is AG1 a longevity supplement?

AG1 Next Gen is sold as a greens, multivitamin and probiotic drink. Of its 28 ingredients with stated amounts (panel checked Oct 10, 2026), 22 are Tier 1 basics such as vitamins and minerals, none is Tier 3, and it has no NMN, so it reads more like a daily-nutrition product than a longevity formula. A further 42 plant, herb and mushroom ingredients sit in blends with no individual amounts.

Which longevity supplement stacks are third-party tested?

Of 11 US all-in-one stacks we checked (Oct 9–Nov 8, 2026), 4 are listed on a certifier's own register: AG1 Next Gen (NSF Certified for Sport), IM8 Daily Ultimate Essentials Pro (NSF Certified for Sport), Tmrw (NSF Certified for Sport) and DoNotAge® routine (Informed Sport). Blueprint Longevity Mix, Blueprint Easy Stack and Renue By Science Total NAD+ Restoration Protocol post batch lab reports on their own sites. NOVOS Core, TimeWarp Longevity Protocol and Tally Health Full Stack state third-party testing without naming a program, and Lifeforce Peak Healthspan's product page doesn't mention testing.

Has any longevity stack been tested in a clinical trial?

Of 11 US stacks we checked, only NOVOS Core has a published randomized trial of the finished product that we've found: 6 months, 61 adults, published in European Heart Journal Open in November 2026, with better blood-vessel measures and lower systolic blood pressure. A NOVOS employee is an author and the lead investigator discloses NOVOS funding. The other stacks rest on studies of single ingredients.

How much niacin is too much in a supplement?

NIH's Office of Dietary Supplements sets the adult upper limit for niacin from supplements at 35mg a day, and says it covers both nicotinic acid and niacinamide. Lifeforce Peak Healthspan has 130mg and Tally Health Full Stack has 1,000mg of niacinamide a day (checked Nov 8, 2026). The limit doesn't apply to niacin taken under medical supervision.

Source: NIH fact sheet: niacin

Is NMN legal in supplements in the US?

Yes. On Sep 29, 2025, responding to a citizen petition, the FDA concluded that NMN is not excluded from the definition of a dietary supplement, reversing the position it took in 2022. It treats NMN as a new dietary ingredient. The decision is about legal status, not safety or effectiveness. 4 of the 11 stacks here contain NMN: Tmrw, Renue By Science Total NAD+ Restoration Protocol, DoNotAge® routine and TimeWarp Longevity Protocol.

Source: FDA response letter (docket FDA-2023-P-0872), checked Oct 10, 2026. NIH's niacin fact sheet still describes the 2022 position.

Is a supplement stack cheaper than buying the ingredients separately?

It depends on how many of the ingredients you'd actually buy. For TimeWarp ($249 per 30 days on a quarterly plan), 9 of its 25 ingredients bought as single supplements came to $212.08 per 30 days (prices checked Oct 31, 2026), in different doses and forms, so the comparison isn't like for like. Brands' own "buy separately" figures usually compare with their own products.

What is the cheapest all-in-one longevity stack?

Of 11 US stacks we checked, the lowest price per 30 days is Blueprint Longevity Mix at $49, with no subscription needed (checked Oct 9, 2026). Price says nothing about the evidence: compare the evidence mix.

How this guide was made

Every ingredient amount, price and testing fact comes from our supplements page, where each was checked on the brand's own US site on the dates shown (Oct 9–Nov 8, 2026 for panels, Oct 9–Nov 8, 2026 for prices). Sample ranges and tiers come from our supplement evidence page. Upper limits were checked on NIH's fact sheets on the dates shown. The guide was drafted with Claude, an AI tool, and every figure was checked against its source. No brand pays to be listed or for its position. How we choose stacks.

Not medical advice. This guide describes products and the evidence for their ingredients in general. It doesn't say what you should take. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about whether a supplement suits you.
